Piercing Thrust

The Yellow Loong charges up his glaive and performs a lightning thrust attack, followed by a delayed spinning sweep.

Roll into the thrust to dodge it, and you'll automatically avoid the follow-up sweep.

Basic Glaive Combos

The Yellow Loong performs a variety of combos with his glaive, typically consisting of three to four slashes and thrusts.

Note his stance before he executes the combo, as it signals how he will come at you. In general, three well-timed rolls should help you fully dodge the entire combo.

Flying Lightning Dashes

The Yellow Loong holds his glaive upright, triggering a lightning explosion before launching five high-speed flying dashes toward the Destined One. On the final dash, he crashes down with a heavy slam.

Stay back to dodge the initial explosion, then immediately prepare to roll forward into the boss for his first dash. The remaining dashes have slight delays, so time your rolls carefully to evade them.

Exploding Arc

After a downward slash, the Yellow Loong performs two sweep attacks, which leaves an arc that explodes after a short delay.

You'll need to roll through the first swing, then roll backward for the rest of the combo to avoid it alongside the exploding arc.
